2018 Wild Ferment Cider/750ml

Deep gold in colour, with moderate effervescence. Aromas of binned apples and a whiff of barnyard. Bracingly dry, rich apple flavour, fullness from the lees, complexity and length from the tannic apple varieties and the replay of the funky notes.
